- A 15 000 m² building, bigger than the former Vitry sur Seine site, with a logistics platform and a loading dock that is better adapted to our activities. Most of all, this facility will enable us to set up our 2009-2010 marketing program, based on the concepts of quality, reliability, cleanliness and unfettered availability for our clients.
- A complete reorganization of our office spaces, more functional, les « history based » that will allow a better, more rational integration of our personnel, a better teamwork in order to further develop the inhouse collective playing that is the hallmark of "Créatifs". All this will foster our reactivity and improved client satisfaction.
- Immediate vicinity to our main intervention zone, Paris Nord Villepinte and Paris Le Bourget, and continued easy access to the Porte de Versailles exhibit area.
- Moving from a residential to an industrial area will allow us to work closer to a variety of trades that complement the activities of "Créatifs".

This move will be the final stage of the business recovery of "Créatifs", already financially balanced since the 2nd quarter 2008. This will allow all our team-members to be even more proud of their company... as well as being even closer to our clients.
